These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "you") and NexRing Technologies FZ-LLC ("NexRing", "we", "us", or "our"). NexRing designs and distributes passive radio-frequency contactless jewelry accessories. Hardware products are sold exclusively for lawful personal or business identification, access control, and authorized digital interactions. Any attempt to reverse engineer internal microcode, tamper with cryptographic enclaves, or utilize hardware for illicit unauthorized interception is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this agreement.
All product offerings, descriptions, and quotations are subject to availability. Prices displayed are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) or equivalent international currencies as indicated at checkout. Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT 5%) is calculated in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax where applicable.
